When we venture into nature and want to remove a stone from the river ask the guardian of the river to allow us to take the sacred stone. Before cutting a branch or removing a flower, let the spirit of the tree or plant know what we are going to do, so it can withdraw its energy from that place and not feel the cut so strong. If we have to climb a mountain or pilgrimage into the jungle ask the spirits and guardians for permission. It is very important that we communicate even if we do not feel, do not hear or do not see. Enter each place with respect, since all nature listens to us, sees us and feels us. Each movement we make on a microcosm has a great impact on that macrocosm. When we approach the vegetation, be thankful for the medicine it has for us.
